This updated studio offers a 3/4 bath with private entrance and a deck that looks out to the Lake.  Located just 5 minutes to Kalispell and the Bypass on Main Street, and short driving distance to some of Montana's most renowned outdoor activities. 

This minimalistic studio offers a blend of modern convenience and vintage charm. It’s an ideal space for the couple or single person who appreciates both comfort and simplicity.  There is desk space if you need to work. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, convection burner, microwave, and counter toaster/oven which not only enhances the kitchen’s aesthetic but adds a unique, personalized touch to the space, offering a perfect blend of old-fashioned character with today’s modern living.

• Please use caution when going down the stairs leading to the lake and studio. The lake is accessed using a combination of several sets of stairs and inclined uneven natural terrain, including larger stones and rocks.

• NOTE: Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees.  PMI Realty Management NW will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the studio clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.

➤ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals, and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
   2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

3. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
